Our motorised platform is a perfect option to guarantee a unique and impressive staging. Its functioning is very fast and simple; a single operator controls the height of the platform easily using a corded remote with an emergency stop button.

Our TM500 motorised platform is perfect to give a designer touch in any event, making the most of the available space. During the event the platform can be lifted up and down, giving a surprising visual effect.

Our 2×1 m scissor type platform with electric hoist is a solution that is attractive and is easy to transport as it is provided with 4 swivel wheels with brakes.

Functions with a remote control (included)

TM500 Motorized decks have a weather resistant 21 mm thick, best quality 100% birch plywood panel. The panel has a non-slip surface finish with a wire mesh pattern printed with a hot pressing process and is composed of 15 plies; each layer is coated with phenolic resin, making them resistant to bad weather conditions and humidity (WBP).

The panel is treated to be water and fire resistant, as well as to protect it against commonly used chemicals; features that guarantee the highest resistance and durability for both indoor and outdoor use. To make this panel even longer lasting, all its edges have been sealed with black acrylic paint and silicone to prevent water infiltration.

The plywood we use, made SOLELY from 100% birch wood, is specially designed for those applications where high wear resistance and good non-slip properties are required. The composition and density of the plywood make our panels very compact and sturdy.

The birch panel used meets the requirements of the following standards:

TM500 Motorised stage platform has a heavy-duty frame made with steel and high strength extruded aluminium (EN AW 6063 80-T6 Alloy), which guarantee us a strong structure that is also light and portable.

The height of the stage is adjusted thanks to its remote control (included with each platform).

The base is fitted with 4 swivel wheels with brakes for easy handling and manoeuvrability.

Our panels are all 100% birch plywood, which are manufactured in Europe according to the strictest sustainability ethics.

The plywood only comes from legal sources and complies with all relevant regulations, including the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR). Therefore, all our panels have the FSC^®, PEFC™ certificates endorsed by the DNV

As with our standard platforms the panels we use at GUIL have the FSC and PEFC, which guarantees that the wood comes from sustainable forestry, giving the consumer the option to choose responsibly.
